Affordable Living in
Historic Valdese

Named for the flower that the Waldenses gave visitors as a welcome to their valleys in the Cottian Alps of Italy, Edelweiss is a nineteen home subdivision under development in the charming community of Valdese, North Carolina.

The Edelweiss subdivision is one mile from downtown Valdese and Valdese Elementary School. 2.2 miles to Heritage Middle School, 3.1 miles to Draughn High School and 2.5 miles to I-40. Other nearby points of interest include McGalliard Falls Park (1.2 miles,) Valdese Lakeside Park (3.5 miles) and Valdese Public Library (1.5 miles.)

We are constructing homes ranging in size from 1400-1800sf, typically 3BR/2BA, but we can build a custom home for those who have their own plans. Lots range from 0.5 to almost 4.0 acres.
